Ministry Profile

It is the vision of Crossroads that no one in our community will  experience hunger, homelessness or hopelessness and that all people will have access to food, clothing, and hope to become a contributing member of our community. We firmly believe when you give people a hand, they will eventually extend theirs as well. We work on 6 basic objectives;

Key Objectives

• Feed the Hungry, 
• Clothe the Naked,
• Shelter the Homeless,
• Encourage the Discourage, and
• Give Hope to the Hopeless.
• End Hunger

 

We have done allot of positive things for our communities, but we're striving everyday to do better. For this, we are recognized from the our local streets to Capital Hill for our efforts.

Our primary mission is to end hunger. We try to do this one family at a time, one child at a time, and pray that our efforts work towards our overall goal. Because of the generous efforts of many, our shelves are, at times, plentiful, like this day pictured below:

But unfortunately, we have been having more and more days were our shelves are low on stock,

and we lack most of the essential foods to provide a nutritional daily diet for those who need it. The Center requires about 1700 Lbs of food each week to meet our current need. Again, this number is growing by the day.
